Harrison and Annabella are thinking about spring

 Annabella and Harrison got thinking about spring colours and flowers when they were out and about on walks and bike rides and writing spring poems and spring pictures. Keep up the great work.

Building huts and creating

 Mason has been making a hedgehog house out of recycled things around his house and while on a walk gathered twigs and branches to make a hut. You have been very creative Mason.

And now we are in lockdown!

 Hi Room Four while we are in lockdown I will post photos and share ideas you send to me so everyone can share in what's happening and give others some ideas of what they might try. I love seeing what you are up to - keep up the good work. Esme has been finding signs of spring in her neighbourhood. And she has made a recycled bird feeder. Well done Esme.

Aarons birthday

Just before the end of term Aaron share his birthday with us when Mum and Dad surprised us with a beautiful chocolate birthday cake to share. It was very yummy. Thank you Aaron for sharing your special day with us. 

Science News in Room 4

 We've had some wonderful science news in Room 4 on Tuesdays. The children have been very good at bringing something to share and being well prepared. Thanks to Mums and Dads for helping your child to get ready - it is appreciated. Here Libby shared how water can change the way we see things and Aaron brought some seeds to school so we could watch them grow. Thank you Libby and Aaron.

Making our own paper planes

The Seals reading group read a story about paper planes and decided to make their own one and have a competition to see which one flew the best. A few other class mates joined in too but Mason was the winner by a long way. Go Mason!

Cross Country Time

 And then it was time for our annual cross country run on a beautiful sunny day in August. I saw lots of great effort put in and was most proud of all your efforts. Well done Room 4!
