Some of the boys from Room 4 and Room 5 ran out on to the field with the Highlanders at the first match back after lock down. Jimmy and George said it was fun but they were a bit nervous too. Well done boys - that must have felt very special.

Whole School Having Fun With the Whanau Games
The whole school enjoyed meeting up together for our whanau games on Friday afternoon. It is lovely to see the older children helping their younger buddies to join in and play the games. It was a nice way to finish up the week.

Celebrating the church's birthday
Today during RE we celebrated the feast of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came to fill the apostles with courage and strength, and to carry on the work of Jesus. It is called the birthday of the church so we just had to have some cake to celebrate this special feast day. It was yummy!
