Alyssa's Special prayer Space

At our special Sunday morning zoom Father Michael suggested that the children preparing for First Holy Communion might like to make a special prayer space that they could use during lockdown at home. Here is Alyssa's special space and it looks like a lovely place to pray. Thank for sharing  this with us Alyssa and say a prayer for all of us that we can be back at school soon. God bless you all.

Aaron Remembers Daffodil Day

Aaron and his Mum had been talking about Daffodil Day and how they are a symbol to remember people we know who have had or are battling cancer. Aaron  went on a bike ride in his neighbourhood to take some photos of daffodils and then he wrote about them too. Some great photos Aaron.

Jamie has been busy with the recycling challenge and has made a very cool looking robot out of bits and pieces he had at home. Great work Jamie.

Mason's Cookie Time Fun!

Mason made some biscuits at home. He was using his math's skills to measure out the ingredients, read the temperature on the oven and to watch the cooking time. He even wrote down some of his thoughts about cooking which I loved reading. This is another example of great home learning and fun too. I hope you helped clean up as well Mason!!

Ava is having lots of fun and new learning

Ava has been having lots of fun learning at home making seed planters out of toilet rolls, making a pinecone birdfeeder with lots of peanut butter and tasty seeds on it and learning how to make pizza dough for a very yummy looking pizza. She even wrote the instructions for how to do it. Well done Ava.
