Have A Go Sports Morning

Year 3 and 4 had an exciting morning trying out new sports at the Edgar Centre last Friday. The children tried gymnastics, hockey, soccer, ripper, netball and mini all skills. A big thank you to the lovely parents who came with us to help out in the "chiller box" you were awesome.

Cross Country Challenge 2015

Today was the day for the annual school cross country and there were some excellent efforts put in today. Congratulations to all our competitors you were awesome and to the place getters well done. I was very proud of you Room 4.

Whanau Fun

Today we were learning about taking a risk to try something new. If we never take a risk with our learning we won't be learning many new things. Thank you to our leaders Thor and Isaac for helping us learn new things today.

Spelling Quiz Whizzes.

Murray and Georgia were lucky enough to have a go at the Extra Spelling quiz held at Tahuna Intermediate School with some other children from Room 6. They thought it was really fun but also challenge.

Wendy visited today to tell us about traditional Chinese instruments.

When she pointed the magic wand at the poster it played the music for that instrument. It was fun.

Marzipan Drama Group Performs Today For The School

We enjoyed their play about dogs and cats.

Making Music With Michael Mangan

Today our foyer was full of beautiful music, happy faces singing and fun actions as we sang along with Michael Mangan some gorgeous songs about Jesus.
