Lucas' Science News
Lucas brought some dried food that the horses are fed when there is not so much fresh grass around. We were amazed how much it grew in size when water was added!

Koru Art
At the end of last term we used some traditional Maori art designs to represent people in our family using the Koru design. The Koru stands for caring for and nurturing loved ones. Come in and see our amazing Whanau art on our class wall.
Last Term's Visit to Mossbrae
In the last week of term we caught up with our elderly friends at Mossbrae. We sang to them and tol them jokes and generally brightened up their day.
Great Science News in Room Four
Darcey showed us his magic mirage mirror that made a spider appear and then disappear when you try to touch it. Thanks Darcey.
Visit From Mr Yipadee
To start the new term off we had a visit from a professional entertainer and St Mary's ex pupil Dean O'Brien aka Mr Yipadee to launch his new book and CD Jingle Bells Rudolph Smells. There were lots of smiles and laughter in our foyer. Well done Dean.
